Meet Our Team
Dr. Milica McDowell, DPT
Dr. Milica McDowell is the owner of BBMS. Trained as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Milica recognized the need for a DME (durable medical equipment) company to assist her physical therapy practice, Clearwater PT, in 2012. Milica enjoys expanding BBMS’s reach and is currently working on a potential partnership outside the state of Montana. She is responsible for the custom performance knee bracing side of the business and growing the orthopedic surgery support offerings. In her free time, Milica enjoys running, skiing, surfing, and traveling with her family.
Chuck Bugger
Chuck Bugger is the General Manager of BBMS and has over 20 years of experience in the medical equipment field with a background in hospice management. He is responsible for the entire team and oversees our delivery operations in Bozeman, Butte, Billings, and Helena, MT. Chuck is also responsible for the installations side of the business, where he helps neighbors in MT, ID, UT, WY, and WA stay safe in their homes by installing stair lifts and elevators by Savaria. Chuck is the proud father of 2 sons with his wife Kay and a proud grandpa to three little munchkins.
Jorden Border
Jorden Border has been the office administrator at BBMS for almost 10 years. With a background in Kinesiology, Jorden is well-versed in all types of equipment that help our community keep moving. She’s one of the friendly voices you’ll reach when you call our office and is the teammate responsible for medical billing and insurance submissions. She’s the proud mama to little Finn, with her husband Ben, and enjoys trips to the sunshine and adventures with her dogs in her spare time.
